I was born in Kerch, lived here till 18 years. I understand that my opinion a little bit the subjective. But I can not tell nothing about this city. The nature here very much differs from Southern coast, same steppe, hills and the sea from 3 parties. The sea not is bright-emerald, but is gentle-blue. Hills are covered by a feather grass, a dogrose, and the city is buried in verdure. The centre restored, and it has suddenly appeared that architecture of an old part of a city very nice. It is a pity only that old acacias have cut down, they gave such desired shade. Have planted cypresses, plane trees and even lindens (it is interesting, whether will survive?) In city boundaries beaches so-so, but in the country huge almost wild multikilometer beaches, it is possible to find absolutely deserted places. Unlike Yalta a bottom and coast sandy (there are places and rocky). Certainly, after a storm water not such transparent, but it is possible to be dug in in this warm sand (that we in the childhood and did), to collect cockleshells, it is pleasant to wander on coast. Around in steppe the feather grass rustles, and in general it seems that smells as history - Greeks, Turks.
